Without prejudice to the BCLA’s other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, the BCLA may take such action as it deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

The BCLA may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Assignment

Entire agreement


These terms and conditions, together with the Privacy Policy elsewhere provide, constitute the entire agreement between you and the BCLA in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.


Law & jurisdiction


These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with all Governing law of the Supreme Courts of British Columbia and Canadian, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the above mentioned courts.

The BCLA is registered with the Province of British Columbia Registrar of Companies. You can find the online version of the register at BC Registries and Online services. (https://www.corporateonline.gov.bc.ca) The BCLA’s registration (incorporation) number is S0066620. Its Business Number is 73549 3124 BC0001. The BC Leaseholders Association was incorporated under the Societies Act on January 1, 2017 at 02:25 PM Pacific time. It does not have offices of fixed address at this time and only can be contacted through its website.
